Cassidy Brandt – Director
Cassidy Brandt was born in 1997 in Nababeep. Both her grandfathers were employed in the Okiep Copper Company (OCC).
Her father worked for De Beers Namaqualand Mines for 14 years. Cassidy matriculated in 2015 and started as a Trainee at PMC Training beginning of 2016. She holds a National Diploma in Occupational Directed ETDP and is also the appointed Internal Auditor for the Company.
Cassidy is currently the Director of PMC Training Consultants and Associates, responsible for four branches strategically located throughout South Africa, extending from the northern regions to the southern areas of the country Cassidy has sound knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 processes and Auditing. She came through the ranks with dedication, smart work, and commitment. Cassidy is the heartbeat of the day-to-day training activities at PMC Training.
Peter Martin Cloete - Founder
Working for companies such as De Beers, Core Training International and Assmang – Khumani Mine
Peter has extensive experience in the Mining field of which 20 years have been dedicated to the training and development field.
He holds a national diploma in ETDP practice, Occupational directed National Diploma in EDTP and Lead Auditor, and is a registered moderator and assessor. Peter has vast experience in facilitation and presentation in various programs and is responsible for the implementation of various ISO certification and MQA Accreditation of a few large Mining houses.
Our Training Team
Assessors and Consultants are registered as Assessors / Moderators with the relevant SETA’s and have vast experience in their respective fields of expertise.
They have come through the ranks in the Mining environment and are experts in the facilitation, presentation, and assessment of Outcomes Base Education.
